Singer/sax player/songwriter. Have played in bands - originals and covers - still play with friends via Jam Kazam. I split my time between Hamilton and Manitoulin, and am currently playing with a couple of groups on Manitoulin - one focused on classic rock (Stones, etc.) and one on more contemporary stuff (Gorillaz, Aesop...). Some country in both. I'm sax-only in both, they have singers already. Both a lot of fun!
As implied above, as a sax player, I'm pretty happy with anything! As a singer, I'm best off with growly stuff - Joe Cocker, Bill Withers, Allmans, similar. I'm okay with the odd clean voc as well.
