Well, I've had a set of drums ever since I was born, so I really don't know any better. What I lack in youth, I make up for in energy and enthusiasm. In great health and shape for my age, so they tell me. Started playing bars in the mid 80's. I've played many styles but prefer most genres of rock n roll and blues. Played in 2 local bands for the past 10+ yrs and looking for a new challenge or 2. If I don't know your material already, I'm a very quick study. Ideally, I'd like to jam once a week and gig once or twice a month. I also designed a 3-sided hybrid electric / acoustic Cajon for duo / trio and smaller venues. It sounds amazing! Have a classic set of boomy Pearls well suited for rock n roll & blues. Also have a Zydeco washboard I picked up in New Orleans and a few other toys that make the noise. Some baritone lead and back up vocals. Looking for fun, yet experienced, like-minded people that care about the end product, but don't take themselves too seriously. But make no mistake, I show up and come to Play! You should too. Recently playing with classic rock band and acoustic alternative band.
