ABOUT

When Adam Rave first arrived in Canada six years ago he wrote a song called ‘Evolution’, capturing the driving force behind the next phase of his life. Rave would go on to pursue different projects all under the name of Adam’s God; ultimately evolving into what it has become today – a unique blend of industrial dance beats, live vocals and rockin’ guitars.

The first stage of evolution was the ‘Make Me Famous’ EP (2007), recorded and produced in Toronto. The distinct sound created an immediate following which turned out month after month to check out their favorite independent artist. His show was a trailblazing mix of rock, synthesizers and captivating vocals unlike any other live act in the city. Word spread and the stage was set for the next phase in Rave’s musical career, a different sounding EP called ‘Chasing White Rabbits’ (2009) With a heavier sound and electronica becoming a main ingredient, fans and industry people alike flocked to the shows.

As the seasons change, so does Adam’s God. The project continues to evolve and Adam Rave continues to be a catalyst in the Toronto indie music scene. Leaving the band behind and teaming up with some of the cities best artists, Rave is once again developing and reviving sounds, making the listener want to get up and DANCE. Join the evolution. If you have a heart you are the beat!

I had a dream I shed my skin and flew across the waters…
From ‘Evolution’ (2003)
