I'm a guitarist. I'm 25 years old. I've been playing since I was 8 yeas old. I have won awards such as "Most Promising Young Musician" at Festival InterProvincial in Ottawa. I went to National Guitar Summer Workshop in Conneticut for 5 years when I was younger where I was taught by several guitar legends (Zach Wylde, Alex Skolnick, Reb Beach, Marty Friedman, etc.). So ya I can hold my own playing anything pretty much.
Mostly I'm just lookin to play cover songs at some bar twice a week or so, make some money for school and life.
I grew up on blues and rock n roll so thats my main jam. I listen to a lot of Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, BB King, Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters, and old country like Hank Williams, and cheesey rock stuff like bryan adams, huey lewis, etc.
I have toured the US and Canada with various bands. I dont feel like touring any more. I'd like to play local bars. I have good equipment (Les Paul, JCM 800).
