Guitarist looking for big band and/or jazz ensemble within 50 km radius of greater Toronto area to play arrangements of standards, swing and popular music
Reads guitar charts, improvises over changes, 'comping in 4 piece rhythm sections
Currently playing and practicing in an 18 piece community big band once a week and some casual playing in rock ensembles with friends for fun but primarily looking for opportunities for more playing in other jazz bands that rehearse regularly
