ABOUT

Ello ello again, two of my friends and I have started an indie band, we have about a full albums worth of songs though none have been recorded with all instruments, just a few raggedy demos. We want to get in a fourth person before we start the full recording process, a lead guitarist or a multi-instrumentalist whose down to kick it with three U of T students doing their undergrad who love music. If I had to sum us up by combining two bands I'd say Belle and Sebastian (my favourite band) and the Killers (another amazing band), in addition to some post-punk influences. Though our sound is quite unique, these two bands have the greatest influence on the song writing. We're essentially looking for that fourth person to add a bit of flair. The lead guitarist who also does that random fourth instrument like piano, sax, or whatever else you have in your wheelhouse. Our rough acoustic demo only has rhythm but we do have full band versions of them. It would be your job to add the melody to my rhythm guitar or create a standalone melody. We're not a hard rock band, more like a softer British post-punk/pop/rock band lol. Anyways, I digress. Here's that rough acoustic demo we recorded, not perfect or that good really, but we wanted to give you a basic idea of our songs so I recorded it as fast as possible.
