Hi, I’m Miko Moon – a session drummer, recording musician, and music producer from Poland.

I’m mainly here to offer professional online drum recordings for artists, producers, bands, and songwriters around the world. My main service is remote studio drum recording, so you don’t need to be in my city or even in my country to work with me.

I record acoustic drums for singles, albums, demos, instrumental tracks, and full productions. The recordings are done in a professional studio environment, using carefully selected drums, cymbals, tuning, damping, microphones, preamps, and a multi-microphone setup matched to the specific song.

There is also an option for me to travel to your city for a recording session, but my main workflow is online drum recording.

How it works:

1. First contact
Send me your song, demo, reference tracks, BPM, genre, and any ideas you already have for the drums. This can be a finished track, a demo, programmed drums, MIDI, sheet music, or even a rough arrangement.

2. Online meeting
We schedule an online consultation and discuss the song in detail. We go through what should be played, how the drums should feel, the groove, fills, dynamics, arrangement, and the overall direction. We also choose the drum sound, cymbals, tuning, and production approach.

3. Studio recording
After we agree on the direction, I record the final drum tracks in a large professional studio in Europe. The session is prepared specifically for your song, with the right drum kit, sound, microphone setup, and performance approach.

4. Final files
You receive professional multitrack drum recordings delivered online, ready for editing, mixing, and final production. Depending on the project, I can also provide stems, additional takes, alternate versions, or drum mix options.

A little about me: I started playing drums at the age of 8 and have been working in recording studios from an early stage of my musical life. I regularly record drum parts for artists, producers, composers, and arrangers, working both in large-scale recording studios and project studio setups.

I have recorded drums for artists from Poland and abroad, as well as for commercial productions, singles, albums, stage productions, and individual artistic projects. I work in professional DAW environments such as Pro Tools and Ableton Live and have experience with a wide range of studio tools and production workflows.

I am an official artist of Sabian Cymbals, Rohema Drumsticks, and Camtronome. I’ve also had the opportunity to learn and work with world-class musicians and educators such as Dave Weckl and John Riley.

My goal is always simple: to create drum parts that serve the song, bring the right energy, and sound professional in the final mix.

My musical influences are very diverse and come from many different styles: jazz, hip-hop, soul, funk, R&B, pop, rock, fusion, gospel, reggae, and modern instrumental music.

I’m inspired by artists such as Herbie Hancock, D’Angelo, Anderson .Paak, Snarky Puppy, Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, Tame Impala, Miles Davis, Robert Glasper, Vulfpeck, The Roots, Thundercat, Jacob Collier, J Dilla, Pharrell Williams, and Dave Weckl.

This wide range of influences makes me a very versatile musician. As a session drummer, I focus on understanding the language of each style and playing what the song really needs – whether it’s a deep groove, a natural live feel, a modern studio sound, or something more experimental.
