We're a singer-songwriter and drummer-percussionist in need of a bassist. Stage experience is a must, as is a positive attitude and creative sense of musicality. Preferably, we are looking for someone who plays upright bass as well as electric. We're both in our late twenties and seek musicians near the same (early/mid 20s to mid 30s).
Our most substantial influences are Dave Matthews Band and Tool. Our music reflects this. Other major influences include Radiohead, Audioslave, John Mayer, Ben Harper, Thrice. We are both avid music listeners and are inspired by a broad cross—section of music, from jazz to folk; progressive metal to indie—rock; African to Latin styles; blues to hip—hop and Soul. We're out to have some fun and rattle some musical bones, so drop us a line if you're interested!
