ABOUT

The Steph Swenson Band is a newly formed as of June 2024 doing covers of funk, jazz, blues and R&B. Both members have played professionally. We recently submitted a Creative B.C. grant application to record one of our originals. Our main focus is to continue to develop our craft by writing more songs and creating a band that is blended with both covers and originals. Our goal is to be working towards booking for locals gigs festivals and mini-tours. Our expectations for a bass player is that they put in the practice time so that we can have a kick-ass rehearsal. Bass players are required to bring paper and pen, charts and any other devices needed to rehearsal. We have a lot of fun during rehearsals and are very committed to developing our craft and obtaining employment.
