I'm 26, new to Halifax, and play guitar and bass. I also sing, but probably would fare best in either a shared lead vocals or backup vocals situation. I write and record songs, and would like to get back into playing music with other people.
I don't have any expectations for particular genres, but I would like to play with people with at least some influences in common. Bonus points if you have very diverse influences.
What I'm looking for: first and foremost a songwriting partner, especially somebody who can write lyrics and provide a fresh set of ears and ideas. More bonus points if you're a multi-instrumentalist.
Not a songwriter but enjoy similar music and sing, play drums, guitar, bass, or keys? Have a band already and need a rhythm guitarist or bassist? I'd be interested in that too.
