Music is my therapy. I write poetry, sang for 2 punk/ alternative bands shortly. But most of my musical experience comes from writing and performing rap. Which I personally think is a bit of a novelty unless you speak from the heart. I write from my trauma, pain, basically from all facets of internal struggle, mental health disorder. Drug addiction, being a former addict. Criminal. Psych ward kid. Etc. I'm shockingly honest in what I write. I'm super ADHD among other things.
I haven't performed in a while but I need to get back into it. I sing mostly. But performed rap more. Which is weird. Id mostly love to just jam and create music with some open and like minded people. I must sing
