Band to Join, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Trumpet, Saxophone, Keyboard, Piano.

I'm looking for a few blues-loving musicians to put together a tight, blues-focused band that will get together to practice a couple of times a week with a goal to playing the odd gig here and there. I'm a pretty decent player, but my voice has sadly seen better days, although I can still carry a tune pretty well. I'm retired, I don't smoke dope (although I like a cold beer now and again) and I don't care if my band mates are black, white, yellow, or purple, male, female or pick your title, gay, straight, bi or whatever, young old or in between, so long as they love the blues. Ideally looking for bass, drums, keyboard, harmonica and vocals. And maybe another guitarist if we're copacetic. A horn section would be nice.

I'm relatively new to Vancouver and I don't have a lot of musical contacts, so I'm hoping this venue will help me get more in touch with some like-minded musicians.
