I am a mature bass player with backing vocals, Pro gear,( plus personal powered monitor and mic), Over 40 years professional experience (Live and Recording)
Have played in a trio (with drums, congas/vocals and guitar/vocals in Florida), for 4 years
A 5/6 pc. (Midlife Crisis Band)for 16 years, right up to a 12 pc. horn band (Brass Routes/ Project Phoenix).
I play Classic R&B , Motown, finger style funk (Tower of Power, EWF, BS&T ),
.Even some New Country (basically R&B with a twang)
Blues (up tempo, eg. Powder Blues , Downchild, Collin James)
60's 70's 80's pop/(softer ) rock
, I love jamming and interpretive bass playing. If it grooves I'll play it.
Willing to travel (have worked/played all over Southern Ontario , from Burlington to Port Hope, Collingwood to downtown Toronto.
Easy going, but serious about my craft.
