Hey there! I'm a guitarist looking to put together a new band.
Lineup I'm seeking is guitar (me), bass, drums and keyboards. Ideally singing would be done by one of us, not rly looking for a lead singer.
I'm wanting to play lighter classic blues/rock/jazz covers from the 70's and 80's. Think Steely Dan, Boz Skaggs, Eagles, Toto, America, Ambrosia. Even a few heavier things like ZZ Top, 38 Special, Pink Floyd etc can be thrown in for some variety.
I just don't want to play the same generic heavy rock stuff. Not what I'm into playing anymore.
Most importantly, I want the group to have good people in it. If we can't get along and have a good time, its not worth it.
I also want a good group with musicians that know how to play and come to rehearsals prepared and focused.
