Influences

My musical influences are wide-ranging, from blues and fusion to alternative rock, classic rock, punk, and metal. On the lighter side, I’m heavily influenced by players such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, John Mayer, Michael Landau, Robben Ford, Joe Bonamassa, Matt Schofield, Josh Smith, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, and Philip Sayce.

I also have a strong background in heavier styles, drawing inspiration from bands like Metallica, Pantera, Dream Theater, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, and Sum 41. Linkin Park’s Brad Delson was my first guitar hero, which later led me into more lead-guitar-focused and improvisational playing influenced by Richie Kotzen and other shred-oriented players.

Beyond guitar-centric music, I actively listen to and study classical, jazz, and contemporary pop. I practice classical guitar as well, which has helped shape my touch, phrasing, and musicality across styles. I’m comfortable adapting my playing to fit the music, the band, and the situation rather than forcing a single style.
