ABOUT

Melodiac is a recording rock band based in MISSISSAUGA. The genres include but are not limited to; Alternative, AAA, retro and post prog rock. We are releasing an album this summer. We love playing, writing, performing, and recording our music. We have dedicated about 4 hours on Sundays as our rehearsal day.
We do perform select events and parties for own enjoyment.

We are currently seeking an excellent drummer with the following qualities:
1. U have passion to play (you have a serious music bug) for fun and camaraderie.
2. U R able to commit to Sunday jamming weekly or bi weekly
3. You are an advanced player influenced by the likes of: Bonham, Bozzio, Gadd, Beauford, Copland, etc.
4. U have excellent meter, learn quickly and are eager to contribute creatively to originals, but also love to do covers.
5. U R NOT looking for a touring gigging band, but like to play live events occasionally.
We also do covers (from Decades to NOW) for our own parties once or twice a year.
