I'm Matt. I'm from Newfoundland. I am trained in Acting, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Memorial University in Newfoundland, Certificate of Performing Arts from CCPA in Victoria, and a Certificate for Acting for Film and TV from VADA Studios in Vancouver. However I have been singing all my life and it's probably what I spent my spare time on most. I had a voice teacher last year with CCPA. I am a Tenor. Bonus: I am a carpenter.

Influences
The Canadian College of Performing Arts in Victoria, BC. They have introduced me to Musical Theatre and have trained me as a Tenor, and encourage me to consider myself as a singer. I grew up listening and singing many genres. Some favourites are The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Dean Martin, The Offspring, Metallica, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Alan Jackson, Randy Travis, System of a Down, and 3 Doors Down, and Otis Redding to name a few.
