ABOUT

Looking for Drummer & Bassist — Dance Friendly TRIO
^^^ I have recently purchased an IEM system^^^

**you are within 30 min travel distance from Hull-QC** [ I live 2 minutes from McDonnell-Cartier Bridge from King Edward ]

Hey everyone — I’m looking to form a tight, fun, reliable 3 piece band with an easy-going drummer and bassist. A trio just keeps things simple: easier to schedule, easier chemistry, and more room to shine musically. (( PLEASE scroll all the way down ))

Who I’m Hoping to Find...
DRUMMER: ****Looking for someone who has and uses electronic drums****

Comfortable with click tracks
Able to work with backing tracks ( + 80% backing tracks will be used for the majority of songs)
Solid timing & consistency
Backing vocals (or occasional lead) is a big plus

BASSIST:

Tight groove, good feel
Versatile across genres
Backing or occasional lead vocals also a great asset

Music Style (Multiple Genres)
I want a setlist that keeps crowds dancing and I'm looking to create back to back song playlists with occasional very short breaks throughout— a mix of:

Rock & pop rock
Some disco/funk
Some country
A few surprises from different decades
.. I'm open to song ideas as long as they’re danceable and fit my vocal range.

About Me
I’m a very versatile lead vocalist, solid lead guitarist, and strong performer/showman.
I also own a lot of PA gear, so we’re covered on equipment.
I’ve just, JUST started learning Stage Traxx 4 (mid?March and it's a backing tracks software) so we can a) run backing tracks b) extend choruses if and when needed c) repeat endings-if and when needed d) and keep things polished live.

REHERSAL SPACE
I don’t currently have a place to practice, so ideally the drummer or bassist has a space or access to one.

Gig Goals

Gig 1–2 times per month
Build toward corporate events, weddings, and repeat venues
Keep things fun, professional, and drama free

Band Approach
I’m looking for musicians who want to collaborate, bring ideas, and help shape the sound.
Once we click as a group, we’ll chat openly about logistics, roles, gear use, and fair compensation so everyone feels respected and valued.
