Kevala was, up unti very recently, a 5 piece rock/jazz/world band. However, due to circumstances, we are now just 2- a Steel Pan/Vocalist/Synth Player and drummer.
We both have strong musical backgrounds and are looking for very talented, committed, musicians with different musical backgrounds and influences to create a rock/jazz/r&b/fusion/world project.
We're looking for guitarists (with good soloing and rhythm chops), bass players, Horns/trumpet/sax, keyboard/piano players, DJs- pretty much anything.
It's a HUGE plus if you're a good to very good singer (from ANY genre, remember!) and/or can play more than one instrument. Even DJ's, too!
We're both 22 and live in Markham, Ontario.
