ABOUT
The Good Groove Society is a Toronto-based not-for-profit cover band built from the ground up.
We deliver high-energy funk, rock, and dance hits from the 70s to today at charity events and fundraisers across the GTA. As a not-for-profit, we cover only essential hard costs (rehearsal space, equipment, transportation).
All remaining proceeds go directly to the partnering charity.
Our goal is simple: create joyful, memorable dance events where great music directly supports the community. We especially welcome energetic retirees and passionate musicians of all ages who want to give back with purpose and use their talents for something bigger than themselves.

We’re building this band from the ground up and actively seeking reliable, energetic musicians:
Drummer – Tight, energetic, and dance-floor focused with excellent timing and feel.
Lead Vocals (Male & Female) – Strong, soulful voices who can handle high-energy funk and harmonies; backing vocals also needed.
Keyboardist / Horns – Essential role that delivers funky synth layers, organ riffs, and brass stabs
Rehearsals in the Toronto area at a fully equipped studio.
