I am Ronda Marson from Rockin Ronda Productions, and I am putting on a large show at the John Bassett Theatre in Toronto on Oct 25th, 2008. We are still looking for some musicians including Lead Guitar & possibly Rhythm Guitarist. The guitar(ists) should be able to play Electric and Acoustic Guitar.
As well we are still looking for a Male Quartet & 8 Piece Orchestra for the show.
The main genre of music for the show is: Rockabilly, Blues, Country & Gospel.
The venue is the John Bassett Theatre at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (seats 1300). The same place they film Canadian Idol! :)
Work is already underway to make this a yearly stop on the Tour Schedule, and we are looking into getting more shows booked in Canada. We would also like to add a yearly Christmas Show.
We are looking for someone who is a confident musician who has a great stage presence. We are trying to build a core band in Canada for all our shows booked here.
