ABOUT

I am a very open minded musician looking to join a band to either play bass or guitar. I am not a natural singer but can do any type of harsher vocal styles depending on what is required. In the last 11 years or so I've been focusing on writing, recording, and producing my own albums. I've released 10 albums so far.

Please have a listen to my Bandmix playlist to get an idea. I play all the instruments and do the harsher vocals. All the clean vocals are done by a professional vocalist.

I'm usually inclusive with most styles of music but not warm to Punk, Hardcore or Metalcore. Absolutely no cover bands.

Influences

My influences range from 80’s pop all the way up to extreme metal. My favourite artist is Kind Diamond followed closely by Mercyful Fate. I grew up on 80's glam metal but also bands like Motörhead, Ozzy, and Judas Priest. I was easily indoctrinated with 90's Death Metal such as Carcass, Pestilence, Entombed, Dismember, Edge of Sanity, Hypocrisy, and Cemetery. I am into 90's Back Metal that is more melodic, atmospheric, and in the intricate spectrum. I am also very gothic in nature and have a passion for Finnish goth rock/metal like To/Die/For, Negative, Sentenced, The 69 eyes, Lullacry, and Poisonblack. I can't deny 80's pop like Duran Duran, A-HA, Strange Advance, and Eight Seconds, and more eclectic stuff like Enigma and Mylène Farmer. I am a huge fan of Techo like EBM, Synthwave, Darkwave, Future Pop, and many other sub-genres.

EVH and Orange amps - 60+ pedals, 2 Fender Strats, 2 Schecter Vs, 2 Epiphone Vs, 4 string Ibanez bass, 4 string Aria Pro bass, 5 string LTD bass, Carvin 6 string bass, and classical guitars. I have a home recording studio and use Pro-Tools exclusively.
