I am a contemporary pianist and keyboardist, comfortable playing most jazz and blues styles, plus R&B, gospel, soul, pop, funk and latin.
I have worked in many settings from solo piano to big band and have extensive experience as a vocal accompanist.
In addition to performing my experience includes arranging, composition, production and promotion.
I have worked both as a band leader and sideman and have performed and toured with musicians from Canada, USA and Europe.

Influences
As a jazz pianist my influences include Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock, Keith Jarrett, Duke Ellington and Thelonious Monk.
As a blues pianist I have studied Dr. John, Ray Charles, Oscar Peterson and many traditional blues styles.
I would best describe my playing as steeped in jazz traditions and strongly influenced by the blues.
I am comfortable working on acoustic piano, Hammond Organ, Fender Rhodes and other keyboards.
