ABOUT

Vocalist and show-woman looking for musicians who love music deeply and want to seriously practice, play and gig around town. My music taste is eclectic, so I would be happy in most kinds of bands (just not Irish folk trad - see my influences below).

I don't have illusions of grandeur and I am doing this for fun, but I am up for trying to acquire a local fandom and do some regular gigs.

The sample songs on my profile are from years ago, but I still sing the same. I composed the vocals and lyrics but credits for other instruments go to former band members.

Just two things I am asking:
- Band practice on week evenings or Sundays - not Friday evenings or Saturday (gigs are another matter obviously). It's so that I can recharge my batteries and spend time with family.
- I must be involved in the choice of covers the band plays. I can probably sing the songs you already play, I am only asking for a right to veto what does not feel right for me. I would not ask you to play songs you don't like. :)
