I'm a drummer ideally looking to join a cover band to play occasional gigs with. I have gear, wheels, a good attitude, and ability to play the majority of tunes. I have recording experience, played on an ECMA-nominated album, and have lots of gig experience on large and small stages (not to mention kitchens and living rooms).
My ideal situation would be playing with experienced players that can get up to speed quickly to play in bars. I don't necessarily want to play all the typical bar tunes and I think we could find cool songs that (a) we like and that (b) will make the girls dance.
I'd like to gig about once a month and jam around once a week.
