Influences
My grass roots are classic rock. Bands like Floyd and Zeppelin, The Doors, Jethro Tull and Joni Mitchell. Later it was prog, bands like Yes old Genesis and ELP. Later still it was Jazz like Chick Corea and John Mclaughlin especially with Shakti. 80's wise I enjoyed bands like The Talking Heads, Peter Gabrial, The Police and U2. Today I enjoy bands like Sigur Ros, also Rufus Wainwright, Bela Fleck, Tool and Iron and Wine as well as various electronica, especially trance. My guitar playing has been called a synthesis of Jimmy Page and Steve Howe.
