Simple, no fuss tasteful bass player. (Yes, my playing is simple because my chops are simple!)
I am quiet, laid back, funny, and super easy to hang out with. I'm comfortable on stage with enthusiastic stage presence, but I don't crave the spotlight. I'm reliable and responsible, which probably explains part of the reason I'm not a better musician :)
Pop, rock, alternative, country, or worship bands would be bands I would consider.
I'm currently playing bass twice a month at my church. Just putting myself out there in case there's any cool opportunities to collaborate/record online or help out in a one off live event, fill in for a few shows, or join a part time band.
My dream band would have lots of up-tempo songs, ripping synth lines, lush guitar work, and the freedom for me to experiment with overdrive, fuzz, synth pedals etc. But, this is probably a pipe dream!
