My main instrument is Guitar (lead/rhythm, electric/acoustic)
But i have experience performing with Bass.
I'm currently in a part-time band with my friend featured in the video i posted. However, I do other projects as well, and various smaller open mics with friends and acquaintances.
I'm open to a lot of things, like forming a new band from scratch and make some unique music of our own, or something even something casual like covers on youtube or live gigs, to being a supporting instrument for a solo vocalist.

I listen to a wide variety of music: R&B, Classic Rock, Hip-Hop, Hard Rock, Jazz, Metal, Funk, Progressive Metal, Reggae, Progressive Jazz, South Asian Folk, Bollywood, Middle-Eastern Folk, Rap, Folk, Acoustic, Post-Rock, Classical, Pop, indie, alternative.
In terms of what I normally play or the type of music I gig. It really depends on the mood, and who I'm working with. I am open to almost anything, given the time and prep i may be willing to try something new as well. As long as we have fun! However, i seem to be most comfortable with, Blues, R&B, and Rock(alt, indie, classic rock, hard rock etc). I have also experience performing South Asian music and some folk, I'm nowhere close to a shredder or music student from a reputable university. But I am eager to get better and better and play more.
