Medusa's story Is the best way to describe the unfettered way, energy and metal innovation produced by Izzy Skidzz, Kayla Whynter, and Tommy Teeze. With a style and ability to inspire audiences and with influences from bands that inspired generations of hard rock and metal lovers from the 80's to today, MEDUSA has created its own style of music.

MEDUSA came to life in 2009. The band performed live for the first time at Montreal's famed Club Soda. The response from the audience was immediate. MEDUSA was on to something.

Since then the group has performed in local clubs and larger venues in Montreal such as Piranha Bar, Le National and les Foufounes Electriques to name but a few. The band opened for the famed group "The Misfits" at Le National and for "Charred Walls of The Damned featuring Tim "Ripper" Owens ex-member of Judas Priest. They also opened for "Wednesday 13 of the famed Murder Dolls at Cabaret Underworld in Montreal, and co-headlined with an American up-and-coming famous band "A Sound of Thunder" at Cabaret L'Alizé.

MEDUSA has barely started to scratch the surface of its unstoppable artistic potential. The band members are working on original material and are pushing the limits....
