Have been playing on and off for the last 40 plus years. Play mostly acoustic guitar, but have electric too. Excellent rhythm guitarist, can play a banjo reasonably well, and a little mandolin. Have good understanding of musical theory, so spend a lot of time creating own music. Can play most songs from tab/chords from bluegrass, rock, ska, raggae, country, and recently getting good at jazz/western swing rhythm. Only recently started playing with another beginner musician and loving it. Would like to find other musicians that like both creating music and playing songs.

Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Doc Watson, Tony Rice. Would describe style as "bluegrass funk", lots of choppy rhythms, with bluegrass fills.
