I play electric bass and record + engineer for two bands where I am the bandleader of "Beat, Slap & Shred". I have a 20 year background in electronic music production and have been playing electric bass again since November 2016.

Although I already operate in two bands, I am open to other opportunities. I have a preference for original instrumental music, ideally within the genres of Funk, Jazz, Fusion, and Blues. I also like reinterpreting existing material (covers), but in no way that have to use the original arrangements. I have no interest in playing "Top 40" music or to the style of a generic bar cover band.

For "Beat, Slap & Shred", I am seeking an experienced keyboard player, ideally someone that could provide a Rhodes / Clavinet emulation. If needed, I have Arturia plugins of the Rhodes and Hammond C3 that can be used along with semi-weighted keys.

Along with my extensive experience with analogue synthesizers and recording technology, I consider myself an audiophile that puts a significant emphasis on tone and sound quality.

I'm generally available after 4:30pm weekdays and all day during the weekends. My bass rig is fully portable.
