I'm an experienced metal guitarist interested in trying to start a different metal band than most I've seen around the Toronto metal scene. I want to start a (somewhat) melodic extreme metal band that's more European metal influenced, and less North American metalcore posing as Melodic Death Metal. GENERALLY influenced by bands like AT THE GATES, IN FLAMES, older ARCH ENEMY, CARCASS, DISSECTION, NORTHER, KALMAH, CRADLE OF FILTH, ILLDISPOSED, SENTENCED etc... Anyone else here interested in what I'm talking about? If you're a skilled, experienced, or at least seriously ambitious bassist/guitarist/vocalist/keyboardist, and you like what you're reading, let me know.
