A final-year Gen X'er (1980), Rebecca grew up in two artistic, music-loving households. Her mom was a principal dancer with the Burlington Dance Academy and worked hard to raise her and her brother on her own. Both of her parents filled their homes with music for hours both day and night. Mom instilled a love of the Beatles, while Dad made sure the Rolling Stones had a place in her heart. From the swing and jazz of the roaring 20's, her Grandparents played to the multiple genres she discovered on her own, Rebecca is a true Melophile. Her music apps clocked her listening to over 260 distinct genres in 2025.
