I am starting a new project. The direction it takes will depend on who shows up. It could be a Leonard Cohen tribute or a ska punk group. Two things I do know are it won’t be country or top 40 and it will have a horn section.
I have rehearsal space with a full backline 10 minutes west of Spruce Meadows. I can offer dry rehearsals and a dry stage.
I played professionally 30 years ago in a D circuit country bar band. Then I got a suit job and playing music had to go on the back burner. I have played in a few basement / garage groups since then but nothing that got any traction. I’ve decided to be proactive and put my own group together.
