Male Singer Wanted – Hamilton, Ontario
Three members of male quartet in Hamilton seek a fourth aged 35+. Repertoire includes male pop harmony hits from the 1950s right up to the present day with some country mixed in, including but not limited to the Four Seasons, The Happenings, Everly Brothers, The Tymes, Jimmy Buffet, Michael Bublé, Zac Brown Band, and The Snake Oil Willie Band, plus custom arrangements of several others (on the odd occasion not totally politically correct). Mostly performed with backtracks, but some a cappella. You must be capable of holding your own and blending into a four-part arrangement without being pulled off part, with the ability to harmonize in the first and second tenor range, sing strong lead, and handle the occasional solo. Good sense of humour, stage presence, congeniality with no pretentions, and knowledge of pop music are musts. Ability to play an instrument is an asset, but not essential.
