My influences are mixed. In no particular order: NOFX, Bad Religion, Green Day, and The Offspring, the chilis, Primus, Pixies, Iron Maiden, Pearl Jam, Muse, Daft Punk, the Doobies, The Who, Led Zep, Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck, Queens of the Stone Age, Mr Bungle/Faith No More, Buckethead, etc...

EQUIPMENT
My primary bass is a Marcus Miller Sire M7 5 String. I can also be found playing my Fender Jazz fretless 4 string, or my Ibanez SR 4 string.
I also use a gibson sg when I play guitar.
My bassamp for gigging is an classic ampeg svt head through a hartke 4x10 cab (though I don't gig much anymore and carting this crap around is a pain in the arse). My rehearsal/practice amp is a warwick sweet 25.1, which is far more manageable. For guitar amps, I have a guilty pleasure for line 6, so I have a spider 3.
