ABOUT

Here's a YouTube of a very casual Christmas party jam at my house https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tw7nA3GsFhg

It's not intended to show me at my best by any means, but it is honest with no pre or post post processing / editing, just my wife with her older iPhone and a few friends.

You can email me SoundingGreatNow@protonmail.com

My forte is versatility and not any one genre. Most of my live local paying gigs over the years have been as a solo act and/or male-female duo emphasizing pop, jazz, rock, blues, country, etc (in no particular order). It used to be a main source of income for a number of years. I like the band thing as well of course.

I can sing and play an entire night’s worth of tunes. I have a TC Electronics Voicelive 3 Extreme so I can do lots of great vocal parts, but it's nice to have others singing of course. I don't do screaming vocals or grunge vocals or raunchy vocals. I have a smooth voice with a decent range and a nice falsetto. I have formal musical training with Royal Conservatory piano and Capilano University which helps me with some musical styles such as jazz and some pop.
