I started playing drums in high-school. I don't come from a musical background. I'm almost entirely self-taught save for a small stint with a great local drummer.
What I lack in formal training I make up for in hours and hours spent listening and enjoying music. I love playing, getting better and learning new things.
Right now, I'm playing with 3 other musicians. We have been compiling about 3 sets of music. We started with the idea of being a Genesis tribute but we have added a 3rd set of music with songs from a variety of places. You can see one that we've recorded. We are currently looking for a mostly lead, sometimes backing vocalist to front the band. We play some of the poppy Genesis but we also play some of the more 'dramatic' songs too, like Squonk and Firth of Fith etc...If you're interested in learning more, please e-mail me here or at dwillitts@
