I'm creating a new band that's between power metal and pop punk. The closest sound I can think of is Sum 41 on their Chuck album.
I've started working on some songs that I'll put them up after recording their demo version (still a few months away).
I used to be the main songwriter/singer/rhythm guitarist of my previous projects (years ago unfortunately) and I'm looking to do the same, with like-minded people around my age-ish (30-50 I'd say?).
At least I'm looking for: a drummer, a lead guitarist, a bassist and a rhythm guitarist, that are good enough musicians so we can play our songs.
I'm more interested in creating a band with nice people to hang out with than playing with virtuosos that all want to fill in their solos to showcase their technical ability. Also I'm vegan, not that it matters, but for some reasons some people hate them, so I'd rather be upfront.
