Looking to start band with influences from gypsy jazz to folk to pyschadelic rock to bossa nova to blues. But a pop sensibility/minimalism running through it.
The focus to be on collaborative song writing, centering around style and vibe/mood, rather than virtuosity.
Have the shell of 6 songs written so far.
Looking for:
Vocalist: in the vein of Anna Moss (Handmade Moments), Cat Clyde, Ruby Waters and the like.

I play guitar, have been messing around different with a mandolin and have played a little banjo in the past, but not much. Also do vocals but I would be secondary to main vocals (occassional song/harmonies, kind of thing).
Definitely want to have fun with it, naturally, but also not looking for anyone half-hearted. Would want to commit to at least 1 practice/week and looking for anyone who is motivated to make some really stylish yet emotionally-invoking tunes.
