Looking to improve as a musician by playing some fun covers. Also very interested in jamming just to see where it goes, and to hopefully expand our repertoire of techniques and ideas. I love the blues and hard rock, but then the next day I could be listening to Depeche Mode, Pavarotti, Disturbed, Sarah McLachlan, or The Tragically Hip. Depends on the mood and the energy. Guess I'm looking for other musicians that are willing to put time into getting a good groove and finding/making a style that we enjoy playing together. By the way I don't have much formal training, but I'd say I have a pretty good ear. Could use some more riffs to add to the toolkit though. In case this is important to you, I have a full time job that I take pretty seriously, but want to take my musical side more seriously as well.
