I mainly play a kind of improvised folk / anti-folk and have a lot of sketches of songs. I have a smattering of classical guitar training from my youth but I am no classical musician, I play folk style guitar on a classical guitar. I play around with texture / timbre a lot in my vocals -- a fav musician of mine once comparred my style to Sharon von Etten, I think because of the emotionality? I don't know but I'm not mad about it ?
Right now I would love to find folks to collaborate on *SONG WRITING* but my songs are DEEPLY vulnerable so that would require quite a deep connection and trust. Queers, enbies and femmes to the front ??
