Drums, Fiddle.

Update: Looking for a drummer: you play often during the week by yourself, you learn songs, you might even do some diddles (singles, doubles, paradiddles, etc. (some stick control)) in other words, you stay loose so you can somewhat keep it low sound wise and contribute to good dynamics.
So far we have typical classic rock Cheap Trick, Blue Rodeo, Oasis, Wallflowers, etc. and some new country Keith Urban, Parker McCollum, Eric Church. Things are going to change, evolve, stabilize. We will keep learning classic rock type but we will expand beyond its boundaries, maybe some alternative, disco, funk, R&B, MOR, prog rock, some DMB? Some Rush? Etc...
We are looking for someone who hopefully will be committed and will be around for a long time. All 3 of us so far are in our 50's. We are no pros but we can play and we have experience. Most importantly, we are conscious about improving. Having fun with a bit of discipline...

Essentially looking for like-minded musicians who, like me, love to play/practice on their own, learn songs as close as possible to original recordings and would like to play as a band a few times a week.

I am not so much looking for band mates to put a band together in order to gig but more like friends who enjoy rehearsing, keep on learning songs and have fun doing it. Work on harmonies, song ending, segue songs to one another and so on. Gigs always come up and it will be fun doing some when the band is tight and ready.

I'd love to start as a duo, I'm looking for a lead guitarist and vocalist to share the vocals and work on harmonies with me (bass/vocals). Then look for other like-minded people who like to practice on their own or with a band, gigs or not, and go from there.
