ABOUT

I started playing guitar when I was 14, it didn't take much longer cuz I had to stop for a while during High School, and right after that I joined the Military Police force in my home country (Brazil), and then around 2015 and 2016 I've been able to have more spare time again so I started playing again. Since then I've been playing frequently, at birthdays and barbecues with my friends, then in 2021 I joined a band with a cop co-worker, and I was the rhythm guitarist. He had his own songs and I plan to translate them to English adapting to some rhymes and who knows even record them. We also used to play covers from famous bands, for example: Hey Joe by Jimi Hendrix, Cocaine by Eric Clapton, The house of the rising sun by The Animals, Help, Eight days a week and I wanna hold your hand by The Beatles, Come as you are by Nirvana, Sultans of swing by Dire Straits. I have some videos playing with him. In 2022 I rehearsed more than 10 times with a girl from my hometown to make a duet to play acoustic guitar at bars, she was the lead singer. I think this opportunity was much better than the previous experience cuz she's a great singer, but we had to stop the rehearsals cuz she got pregnant by her boyfriend. I also have some videos playing with her. Currently, I moved into Windsor in August last year, and since December I've been rehearsing with the band BR-401, we had our first gig at Good Time Charly pub on April 5th, we're gonna play at a fundraising event next Saturday, June 1st at Saint Matthew's Anglican Church, and we have gigs scheduled to August and September, I also have many videos playing with them. We've been rehearsing only once a week, so this is why I'm looking for another band, and manage both projects simultaneously.
