Liars Bench is a new progressive rock band starting to take shape in Pictou County, Nova Scotia. After about a year of jamming, writing, and refining their sound, the group is now looking to round out the lineup with a vocalist and bass player.
Drawing inspiration from bands like Seether and Linkin Park, Liars Bench blends heavy riffs, melodic moments, and influences from a range of genres — from alternative and grunge to hip hop and post-rock. The focus is on building something solid and honest, with songs that reflect real life and personal experience.
While things are still in the early stages, the band is driven by a shared vision and a growing collection of original material. Liars Bench is about taking the time to get it right — and seeing where the music leads.
