ABOUT

We are delighted to announce the first edition of Virtuoso Bands competition, a music competition for groups formed on a voluntary basis. The objective of this competition is to highlight the music of unknown, amateur, emerging but passionate groups.
This prestigious competition offers a perfect musical stage to showcase your exceptional talent, in collaboration with several musical acts, bring together musicians from all musical genres, with the aim of creating, bringing out hidden talents, very creative music groups, to create visibility for them and a chance to move on to the next stage of their career.
This initiative falls under the theme of “Emerging music”.
The project was set up to bring together several talented musicians and groups to allow them to express their talents, share their passion for music with others and promote music (culture) in the region and creation of a favorable ecosystem for musicians and groups.
It allows musicians to encourage each other in order to persevere together in music. It will offer all musicians the opportunity to gain experience, mastery and ability to improvise. It will help develop communication, solidarity and team spirit while allowing multicultural music to evolve through groups that will come from everywhere. It will also allow the creation of music groups that can develop into solo careers or be available to accompany and make recordings of local and national artists.
Bands will be invited to present two songs: an original composition and a song performance and will be evaluated by a group of technical and musical experts according to the quality of their performances.
The winner will benefit from the exclusive privilege of an all-expenses-paid recording session in a high-end studio, musical promotion with our various partners and a sum of money.
Our partners are ANIM (Association Nationale de l’Industrie Musicale ), T.A.R.A (The Audio Recording Academy)
Act quickly, as the deadline for applications and application submissions is June 30, 2024.
A non-refundable fee of $30 per application applies.
