Played professionally between the ages of 17 and 35. I stopped playing while I raised my family and pursued a business career so I would not have any distractions.
Kids are now educated/career adults and I'm getting back into playing.
I'm looking for weekend gigs - that pay. I can get week days off as well, I just need some lead time to arrange.
I won't play for nothing or the 'love of music', not anymore. I'm far to old for that.
I look much younger than my 60 years so stage presentation is not a problem for a younger group of musicians.
Not just looking to 'jam' or write songs with hopes of something bigger. Just a solid gig, that pays (something) and some fun to be had.
