I've been a hobbyist self-taught musician for about 8 years now- playing guitar, singing, writing, and producing my own tracks. I very briefly played rhythm guitar & backing vocals with a band in high school, but we never got around to gig'ing.
Having a life of completely independent music has gotten pretty mundane, so I'm looking to focus more on vocals & performing. My goals are to improve & learn, but mainly to have a lot of fun and make some friends! I love my day job, so intend to keep music as a hobby.

Influences

And although they don't influence much of what I like to write and sing, I'm also a huge fan of Metallica, Van Halen, Halestorm, A7X, AC/DC, etc.

EQUIPMENT
A Gretsch hollow-body that I use 99% of the time, and a Tremonti PRS SE are my guitars (I used to have an electro-acoustic guitar before I moved, considering getting one again).
And a Fender Mustang GTX-100 amp with a foot pedal.
I also own a copy of Logic Pro X.
