I work for a recovery community centre in Abbotsford supporting adults (19+) through all phases of recovery from substance misuse.
We are launching a new Music & Wellness Program, serving the Abbotsford community and surrounding areas. It offers a space for people of all skill levels to share, collaborate, jam, and create.
As a contributor to the culture, your insight is very helpful. We seek your input to ensure the program meets the community's genuine needs on two key areas:
1. Needs Assessment: What specific musical activities (e.g., songwriting collaboration, jam sessions, open-mics, cyphers, performances, listening club, etc.) do you think are most needed in the community?
2. Potential Interest & Capacity: Would your organization be interested in contributing insight, workshops, volunteer time, or resources for this initiative?
