Hi I'm Jane! I'm a passionate singer/songwriter attending UVic and new to the city of Victoria. Singing has always been my passion and I am eager to find and participate in either some sort of band or musical community. I have amateur instrument experience with piano, but my main thing is singing, whether as a lead or as an accompanying background singer. I have experience from growing up in choirs, musical theatre performances, competing in singing competitions, and from a couple small bands I sung for in high school.

Influences
My influences are widespread from the rock my dad introduced to me with when I was younger––artists like Fleetwood Mac, Billy Joel, and The Beatles––to my own curated current favourites such as Big Thief, Fiona Apple, or The Cranberries. I have sung a variety of genres and would happily sing any of them, however I do especially enjoy rock & roll and folk music.
